This incident prompted him to extend his support to a unique congregation: Muslims incarcerated on charges related to terrorism. In a conversation with Hussain, Imam Navaid shares the unfolding events and reflects on the lessons he has learned about life within Canadian prisons and the journey of exiting them.⁠
